Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products (hygiene and cosmetic use), items may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

No refunds will be issued for:

– opened or used products

– products damaged after receipt

– incorrect addresses provided by the customer

In the event of a defective product or an order error, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
